We can help you with general configuration, provide you training on specific areas (such as reporting, administration, etc.), and give you professional tips and tricks to make the software work best for your environment.
There are 2 levels of service, depending on your needs and what you would like to get out of the training (see pricing and descriptions below).
Quick Start Training (2 Hours Approx.)
Covers every configuration option screen, and when you would use it. Implications of the various settings. Included would be some basic testing as well.
Advanced Training (4 Hours Approx.)
Covers everything in the basic course plus additional testing and follow-up calls to check the implementation of the software.
