WorkgroupMail
The WorkgroupMail messaging server is the server of choice for tens of thousands of organizations across the world. It provides secure and reliable email delivery, day in and day out. Its storage is based on proven database technology and thus combines high performance with high scalability, making it the ideal choice for any sized organization. It supports POP3, SMTP and IMAP protocols. Its feature set includes rule-based content filtering, virus protection, anti-spam protection, SSL secure communications, mailing lists, public folders and message archiving.
WorkgroupShare
The WorkgroupShare collaboration server lets your staff share their Microsoft Outlook folders, such as contacts, calendars, tasks, notes and email. Full administrative control is provided, letting you define the exact access that each user has to other users? folders. WorkgroupShare can optionally use SQL Server for its data storage, rather than JET, providing greater scalability and reliability for the WorkgroupShare server.
Softalk Organizer
The Softalk Organizer lets your users manage and organize their calendars, contacts and email. The application runs within a web browser and may therefore be accessed from any computer on your network or anywhere in the world. The data held within the Softalk Organizer is automatically synchronized with the data in Outlook, by WorkgroupShare. This makes the Softalk Organizer the perfect tool for accessing Outlook information, while away from the office.
Initial Licenses
The Softalk Collaboration Suite contains WorkgroupShare, WorkgroupMail and Softalk Organizer. Also included is 1 year of anti-virus subscription and 1 year of SpamCleanser subscription for WorkgroupMail.
New licenses of Softalk Collaboration Suite are also supplied with one year's maintenance. This includes free email support and free upgrades to all new versions of Softalk Collaboration Suite that are released for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
