Contacts
The Softalk Organizer lets you store and manage your organization's contact information in an accessible and easy-to-use format. It lets you view contacts in either an address book format or a phone list format. Everyone will use the Softalk Organizer to lookup suppliers, vendors and clients on a daily basis and the Softalk Organizer streamlines this process by providing an extremely quick method of searching contacts.
The Softalk Organizer lets you store multiple addresses, for example, home, business and other addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, web addresses, birthdays, anniversaries, rich-text formatted notes and a whole range of other essential information. Any number of personal or public contact folders may be created. It is also possible to view colleague's personal contact folders, provided you have been given sufficient access.

Synchronization with Outlook
If the Softalk Organizer is used in conjunction with WorkgroupShare, or as part of the Softalk Collaboration Suite then calendars, contacts and email folders may be synchronized with all users' Outlook folders. This makes the Softalk Organizer the perfect tool for accessing Outlook data when you are away from the office.
Initial Licenses
New licenses of Softalk Organizer come with one year's maintenance. This includes free email support and free upgrades to all new versions of Softalk Organizer that are released for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
