We can help you with general configuration, provide you training on specific areas, and give you professional tips and tricks to make your CastleRock product work best for your environment.
There are 2 levels of service, depending on your needs and what you would like to get out of the training (see pricing and descriptions below).
Quick Start Training (2 Hours Approx.)
Covers assistance with setup, and options, as well as implications of the various settings.
Advanced Training (4 Hours Approx.)
Covers everything in the basic course plus additional assistance and follow-up calls to check the implementation.
