NetBotz offers NMS Integration Packages for leading network management systems such as HP OpenView Network Node Manager, and Ipswitch WhatsUp Gold. These integration packages enable companies who use these systems to integrate the management of NetBotz appliances into their NMS environments, allowing IT staff to:

• View NetBotz alarms in the NMS consolidated alarm view
• Display NetBotz icons in the NMS network map, with icon color indicating alarm status
• Set alarm thresholds for sensors
• Use NMS auto-discovery function to discover new NetBotz appliances

The NetBotz Integration Package for HP OpenView Network Node Manager integrates management and monitoring of NetBotz appliances into the HP OpenView NNM environment.

Features:

• NetBotz appliances installed on the network will be automatically discovered and displayed in the Network Node Manager map view.
• Current status of the appliance is indicated by the color of the appliance icon.
• SNMP MIB data from a NetBotz device can be viewed with Network Node Manager's SNMP MIB Browser.
• The status of NetBotz appliances in the network will be shown in the Network Node Manager alarm browser.
• Link directly to the NetBotz Advanced View Web interface.
• If the NetBotz appliance is licensed for Device Crawlers software, you can view events from equipment listed in the Device Crawlers table on the NetBotz appliance.
• Runs on a Windows NT or Windows 2000 system which is running the HP OpenView Network Node Manager software (version 6.10 or later).
