We do not normally provide telephone support;
Downloadable software updates are free for 60 days. Extended Software Updates increases this period for a further 12 months. Software updates cover patches, feature enhancements and major new versions.
Customers whose Extended Software Updates has lapsed for more than 60 days should purchase the ‘Out of Warranty Renewal’ This will upgrade customers of SNMPc 5.0 and above to the latest version of SNMPc. It also provides a further 12 months of software update protection.
